​WHAT ARE THE FIRST STEPS TO DEVELOPING MY OWN PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCT?​

When you contact us, we will ask you questions such as the following:

What type of product are you looking for?
Do you have any pictures of similar items?
How many different fragrances or colors are you looking for?
What quantity range did you want quoted for each item?

 

WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIRED MINIMUM QUANTITIES?

The minimums are flexible and depend on the product.  Generally, the minimum order is 1,000 units per style, per fragrance/color.  Minimums are flexible for larger sized items such as pillars or large jars and specialty or high-value items.  If your order involves many fragrances in the same size/shape container, we can be flexible with minimums as well.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

It depends on the complexity of the product and the number of products.  If there is a lot of testing involved requiring of sampling back and forth, it can take a few months or more.  If you have specific details of what you are looking for or everything sourced and are just looking to partner with a manufacturer, the process can be as short as a matter of weeks.

 

HOW CAN I CHOSE FRAGRANCES?

We have a large fragrance library available,  We will try to get an idea of what types of fragrances you might be looking for and then send a selection of samples so that you can make selections.  We are also often able to match different fragrances from samples of product that you may have.

Sometimes, customers have fragrance companies that they work with and have already selected their fragrances.  We are able to work directly with your suppliers or you can have your fragrances sent to us for the production process.

HOW DO I SELECT CUSTOM COLOURS?

We are able to match to color samples (swatches, Pantone numbers or other points of reference).

 

 

WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY LOCATED?

We are conveniently located in the North East near the border between Canada and the United States.  We are in the Eastern time zone.
